2. Key Features of the Product
Our products are personalized keepsakes, laser-engraved in 3D inside crystal glass from the ultrasound image you share. The type, size and options of the product are as selected on the order screen.
3. Price and Payment
The sale price (VAT included) and the shipping fee are shown clearly in the order summary before payment. Payment is collected via the PayTR secure virtual POS by credit/debit card; your card details are not stored by the Seller.
4. Delivery
Production begins after you approve the 3D preview (usually 3–5 business days). The product is shipped throughout Türkiye via our contracted courier; after handover, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. For international shipping, contact us before ordering.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Its Exception
As a rule the Buyer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. However, under Article 15/1-(ç) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for custom-made/personalized goods. As our products are made specifically from the image you send, the right of withdrawal cannot be used once production has started (after preview approval). Before production begins, the order can be cancelled and refunded.
6. Return and Refund
Products that are defective, damaged or different from the order are replaced free of charge or returned. For approved returns/cancellations, the refund is made to your payment method within 30 days at the latest.
7. Complaints and Disputes
You can send your requests and complaints to contact@nestmoment.com. For disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
By approving your order, you are deemed to have read and accepted this Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement.
