Every Nest Moment keepsake is crafted to order. Below you will find how your piece is produced, packaged, and delivered, along with our return and cancellation terms.

1. Production Time

Because each piece is personalized, production begins after you approve your 3D preview. Crafting and engraving typically take 3–5 business days. During busy periods this may extend slightly; if so, we will let you know in advance.

2. Packaging & Carrier

Crystal is fragile, so each keepsake is protected with special cushioned packaging designed to arrive safely. We ship across Türkiye with our contracted courier. For international delivery requests, please contact us on WhatsApp before ordering.

3. Delivery Time & Tracking

Once your order is handed to the courier, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. We share your tracking number as soon as your parcel ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

We pack carefully, but if your keepsake arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the item and its packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — the choice is yours.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

As each product is custom-made to your personal ultrasound, it falls outside the standard right of withdrawal under Article 15 of Türkiye’s Distance Contracts Regulation, and cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons. This does not affect your legal rights regarding defective or damaged goods, which always remain protected.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge any time before production begins. Once production has started, because the piece is personalized, the order can no longer be cancelled.
