At Nest Moment, while we immortalize your pregnancy inside crystal glass with 3D laser engraving, we value the security of the personal data you share with us — especially your ultrasound images — as much as we value our product itself. This notice explains how your data is processed under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).
1. Data Controller
Your personal data is processed by Nest Moment (Lema Yazılım Medikal Eğitim Elektrik ve Sağlık Hizmetleri Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi, Aziziye Mah. Cinnah Cad. No: 64 İç Kapı No: 3 Çankaya/ANKARA) acting as the data controller.

2. Personal Data We Process
- Identity: first name, last name
- Contact: phone number, email address, delivery address
- Visual records: the ultrasound images you share with us
- Customer transaction: request/order details, the package you are interested in, the content of your message
By their nature, ultrasound images may be sensitive data that can be associated with health. For this reason, these images are processed with special care, solely on the basis of your explicit consent and only for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

- Receiving and evaluating your request and order
- Converting your image into three dimensions and engraving it into crystal glass
- Communicating with you and keeping you informed about the process
- Preparing the product and carrying out shipping/delivery processes
- Fulfilling legal obligations arising from applicable legislation
4. Legal Grounds for Processing
Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK: your explicit consent (particularly for your ultrasound images), the necessity of processing for the establishment or performance of a contract, the need to fulfill our legal obligations, and our legitimate interests, provided that they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
5. Transfer of Your Data
Your data may be shared — only to the extent necessary — with our business partners and suppliers in order to complete the production (engraving) and shipping/delivery processes, and with legally authorized public institutions and organizations. Your data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes, nor sold.
6. Retention and Destruction
The ultrasound images you share are permanently deleted from our systems once your order is completed. Your other personal data is retained for the periods required by the processing purpose and prescribed by the relevant legislation; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
7. Your Rights as a Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)
As a data subject, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing; request rectification if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; request its erasure or destruction when the relevant conditions are met; request that third parties to whom the data has been transferred be notified of such actions; object to any adverse outcome arising from the analysis of your data solely through automated systems; and seek compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of your data.

Our website uses cookies only at the minimum level required for the site’s core functionality (for example, language preference). No third-party cookies are used for marketing or tracking purposes.
10. Explicit Consent
By filling out the contact form or sharing your ultrasound image with us via WhatsApp and ticking the relevant consent box, you give your explicit consent for your image and personal data to be processed within the scope described in this notice, solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
